May, hurray!

The kids have been chomping at the bit to break out the hoses and sprinklers, and make mud pits, and were stoked when the weather presented them with the perfect opportunity.



Warm weather here also brings out the bunny rabbits.....

Evyn and I snuck away last weekend for a girl's afternoon out.  We found some new clothes (and shades) at The Galleria-

While we were there, Evyn toyed with the idea of getting her ears pierced.  After a couple hours, she worked up the nerve....

She did great!

She couldn't wait to get home and show Daddy:

You may have noticed a recurring theme in our photos lately....

We've been taking advantage of a string of wonderful weather by spending as much time outside as possible (even a few nights until 10pm!), and our inflatable pool, and popsicle molds, have been seeing a lot of action.

What a difference a week makes! Chilly fall weather is here now,
but last week it was still warm enough to splash, make mud, and
swing (in a swimsuit - of course).
