Baby hit the 33-week mark on Monday. I'm at +14 pounds and feeling.... very.... slow.
We had a prenatal appointment on Tuesday - heartrate was 124 bpm, and we found that s/he is now head down, with his/her little tush just under my left ribs - right where my sore spot is! The rib/back pain has increased dramatically in the last few days, and I find I am getting very little accomplished.
I've also been dealing with nausea - yes, this late in the game! The morning sickness I experienced early in this pregnancy never fully went away... and seems to be increasing again. I'm doing a pretty good job of eating small meals throughout the day, as I should be, but food doesn't appeal to me in the least. So different from my pregnancy with Evyn!
I wasn't keen on the idea of posting pictures of my now-huge belly, but since our family blog is doubling as the baby's pregnancy journal, it seemed incomplete without a few.

Our new slings arrived! I ordered two from
Mamma's Milk - they are sturdy & beautiful, I am excited to use them. I had two ring slings when Evyn was a baby, and hated them - but I have high hopes for these. I also got a
Full Change pad - I'm aiming for a streamlined diaper bag this time around.
Evyn's sibling class, which had been canceled on Jan. 19th due to snow, has so far not been rescheduled. Evyn is pretty bummed about it (so are we). I'd been counting on it, to acclimate her (and us) to L&D before we need to be there for the real deal. There is apparently another class to be scheduled in March - we'll try to get into that one if it's before my due date!
