Bahamas, January 2004 - 6 months pregnant. What was I thinking?? A resort employee apparently thought I had a beer belly, and tried to recruit me for a booze cruise (sigh)

Yay - you just inspired me to wear the bikini after all!! I have been wondering the same thing...what am I thinking booking a swimsuit destination when I will be almost 29 weeks pregnant?!?! Rather than heading out to shop for a maternity bathing suit which will be worn all of 4 days, I figure I'll just wear the same old thing I've been wearing up until now - and the only reason it fits is because it's a bikini and doesn't need room to stretch for my big belly!

I agree! I think you looked FABULOUS at 6 months...honey, I wouldn't have been caught dead in a bathing suit at that point! lol
