it's been a year. amazing!

july 5th 2008, i got a positive result on a home pregnancy test. our surprise baby has been in our lives for more than one year. what a fast, exciting, nerve-wracking, eventful year it has been!

greetings from the shore!

by the time you read this, we will (hopefully!) have completed a 9+ hour drive south to our beach home for the week, the Second Wind.

See you in a week!

a week in pictures

Evyn had a 3-day dance camp, played some croquet (in ballerina fashion), while Andrew chomped on everything he could get his chubby little hands on.

allow me to go a bit overboard....

warning, picture overload!

as promised, photos from evyn's dance recital.

after the recital everyone came back to our place for dinner.... no pictures of that, though!

evyn is the second little girl from the right

that's our girl, the blur on the right

once again, second from the right

and, if these pictures aren't enough, you can check out the ones from last year on the studio's website, located here. little girls in blue tutus - in the first, evyn is third from the left, you can see one eye ;)
